about a day or two ive bene experiencing very bright yellow or like a neon green lime green type color in my urine and its really freaking me. ive had this before but i was taking iron at the time so i blame it on that. im not on any meds beside zantac which i barely take and im scared something is wrong with me. i also have swollen lymph nodes which i get every now and then i go to doctors frequently everything is always normal why do things always happwn to me

no. the only thing i can say is ive been eating alot of cereal idk if that has a lot of vitamin b in it but thats it
Are you taking Vitamin B? An excess of it can cause this bright yellow-neon colour urine. (not harmful btw)

i usually do. even when i drink alot of water and use the restroom my urine is clear with tints if lime green
