Hi just thought I would post an update I'm 4 weeks post op. For the 1st 3 weeks I was bleeding on and off now it seems to have stopped. So hopefully next period will be normal. My stomach is so much better as well I no longer feel bloated it's also getting flatter not much but definitely there. Still have low energy but hopeful that will go as time goes on. My leg aches a bit when I walk my dog but it's gradually getting easier. Overall though really happy and I would recommend this procedure to anyone. Much better than a Hysterectomy

It's good thing it's working for you . In my case took four weeks to come out of tiredness when I visit doctor she said you need iron . So after taking iron now tiredness part sorted but main problem heavy bleeding still there . Third continuous period after embolisation is still heavy . All three times took transxamic acid tab to stop bleeding . Hope next one will be better . Later in April got appoinent so will check again with doctor .
Hi Mena yeah I agree with you about the tiredness I already take iron as doctor said I was very anemic. I'm sorry to hear that your periods are really heavy. Excuse me for asking this but are you shedding any fibroid tissue? I have during the two periods I have had since UFE. dont know if this is the case with you. But it may explain the bleeding being so heavy. My 2 were also heavy but not as bad as before the procedure. Really hope it works out for you. And if you need to ask anything else I'm on here a lot x

Sorry I m not sure how they look like . I saw all the time tiny clots but not sure wether they are shreds . I was thinking same that is reason I was avoiding tablets to stop my periods but when they are like massive bleeding then I took them . Thanks
