in 2016 i was vaccinated with garnesyl. I had sex for the first time 2 months after. it was with the same guy, always with condom. Last time I had sex was one year ago.
Recently I felt some bumps while washing myself; as you can see in the pics. Are these hpv lesions, vestibular papillomatosis, warts ??? you can see around my urethral orifice and INSIDE my vaginal wall many papillae and i dont know if this is the natural texture of the vagina skin or not.....
i have a gynecologist appointment in 2 weeks.
there is no itchiness, no pain, no burning sensation, no smell at all, a good hygiene.
i am really scared :'(

That definitely looks like its genital warts from HPV virus, and it looks like its been untreated for a while. I dont mean to scare you. Go to the doctors first thing tomorrow and they will burn it off with liquid nitrogen. You also need to get a pap smear to make sure you dont have high grade HPV on your cervix which might cause cervical cancer. Youll be okay- just go to the doctor asap
okay thank you... i have to wait for 10 days before seing the gynecologist :'( now i have so many questions, how could this happened as I was vaccinated and never had any sexual interraction before.... i am scared of my own body.

I personally think that is VP not HPV. But see your dr just incase, it'll put your mind at rest. Try not to worry, I know it is hard. Little worries like this happen to everyone at some point in their life!
