vaccinated positive for covid

Hey guys, I have been having cough and runny nose/congestion for the past week. However, I barely decided to get tested yesterday (it was a positive result). Would my symptoms get worse? I’m fully vaccinated (exception of booster shot) but I am wondering if I might just already be “as bad as I’ll get” or if there’s more to come.. TIA

most likely you will have a mild case since you were already vaccinated. Don’t worry too much about it. Make sure you are staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water. just get rest and take it day by day. you are going to be OK.

thank you! I have been fine indeed

Symptoms started July 15th. All mild.
Tested positive July 20th (antigen), negative July 26th (PCR), negative August 2nd (PCR), negative September 3rd (PCR), and again negative October 8th (PCR).
I don’t believe much, if any symptoms, remained after about a month.

Te’ve been fully vaccinated and have to test every couple days where I work. I tested positive yesterday ,Thursday, in my left nostril. Saturday, 16th or 17th, I tested negative like usual. Out of curiosity I tested in my right nostril, same test, and am negative. Don’t know what’s up and I’m not going to postulate on. I will simply say…triple down on vitamins C, D, magnesium and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! We don’t have a flue season we have a vitamin D deficiency season. Real story.
