Oh dear Erika, I do hope you are not getting vulvodynia. That is what it sounds like. It is nothing serious. I have pelvic PT and it really helps. Maybe ask your doctor about getting a referral if he/she can't figure it out. There might be another cause... Best wishes. DEbi
Erika, you could also try Aspercreme with Lidocaine for now. It really helps.
Yeah i read about that. But one day i was getting up and I felt my bone pop in the middle it hurt to walk so bad but it went away the next day i must of gotten up too fast
But it does hurt i go to the dr in march so hopefully its gine by then its been 3 days
