My vagina was itching really bad one day and so the next day when it continued, I decided to check it out. I cant see my vaginal opening anymore. Is it just swelling? Or something more serious?
most likely thrush considering white discharge which can cause swelling of vagina 
Looks like thrush. You need antibiotics ASAP or anti fungal cream.
