What is this on my penis? I have it for maybe 3 years, i never had problem with it, i just remember when i took arginine for first time in my life, my penis tickled, and sometimes when i take arginine it tickles again. It doesnt hurt even when i get erect. But i noticed that when i take hot tub, sometimes i feel minor pain in my semen or whatever it is, and last time i was in hot bathtub, i needed to pee, and i noticed that it hurted for like a second or two. Its due to too much masturbation i think.. I almost quitted masturbating like 10 days ago, masturbated only like 3/4 times. Before i was concerned with these veins on my penis, i was masturbating 1/2 times a day on average. btw when i put ice on it, it tickles and it feels actually pretty good, i dont know why :D

I think i have something like that, it hurts a bit when i get an erection, probably is due to masturbating so much, maybe they are blood clots, I’m afraid it could take a surgery to remove that, or maybe quit masturbating for 6 weeks, I read that could work.
