This green vein type thing started growing on my penis head and its been there for months, I will see a doctor about it but I just want to know what it could possibly be? I cant find an STD that looks like this is it just an injury from rough masturbation? What type of injury I am really nervous about this.

I do not think you have a problem. What I can see is that you have many vein on your foreskin. There are so many vein in the penis and with sex and masturbation they will come to the top once in a while.
