Vertigo and Depersonalization?

Anyone else experience Vertigo and Depersonalization with they're anxiety? also it gets 10x worse when tired.

I have had them both but not at the same time. Vertigo was so bad I probably wouldn’t have noticed depersonalization if I had it. did it last very long?

so weird, similar to my story. kinda.

so I've always had anxiety (more specifically health). in November I ended up getting vertigo, most likely because of labyrinthitis I believe. since then my anxiety has been THROUGH THE ROOF. Had my first PA even.

ive healed mostly since then but lately I've been getting dizzy/motionsickness kinda if I move in certain ways, no specific ways just kinda random.

gets wayyyy worse with tired. anways I don't know if it's anxiety or vertigo happening again (which I'm TERRIFIED of).

yes it happened to me a few weeks ago. I was very dizzy and disoriented. I felt really short, like the ground was really close. my friend said it was pelopsia but the doctor said it was vertigo. it was the strangest feeling.

Excessive intake of alcohol can even lead to certain chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart problems, and liver failure.

Absolutely have experienced vertigo with anxiety. I used to really enjoy going to watch football matches, however it would get so bad that I would have to literally hold on to my chair in order to prevent falling over.
