My penis has been very dry for 3 years. (after circumcision) Nothing itches, it doesn't sting, it doesn't stink, but it's all cracked and dry. In the erection it is also very red and has such red dots as in the picture. What is this? is it a precancerous condition?
So far, I've tried moisturizing the creams from the pharmacy, as well as natural and anti-fungal ointments. Nothing helps...
I have a similar condition. Nothing has seemed to help yet, but will post if i find something that does.
