Very large urinary meatus (penis opening)

Hi I'm 19, not sexually active, circumsized and I'm concerned that my meatus too large. I always have trouble with it (nearly always have two streams when peeing) and I'm concerned that it create sexually health risks in the future.

I tried to read studies on it (not many are available) and one study said the longest urethra opening in its sample was half an inch long. Mine is nearly one inch long! I'm worried that this will be a problem so I would like to know what is going on.

From what you describe, I would see a urologist who specializes in reconstruction.  I would do it sooner, rather than later, so you can move on with your life without this issue.

Thanks for the reply. Sure, I'll probably do so in the future though I'm too shy to do so right now...

I would encourage you to put any shyness aside and make an appointment..   Urologists deal with everything under the sun on a daily basis, so there is nothing to be embarrassed or shy about.
