Had gallbladder removal surgery on April 26. I was supposed to start my period that same day. After surgery, I started and kept spotting until June 5th when a heavier flow began and got my period. It is now June 15th and I'm still on my period with a very heavy flow. My period usually lasts between 8 to 10 days, but I only get a heavy flow from the 2nd through the 4th day. Should I go to the doctor or wait it out? Is this normal after such surgery? Is it a health concern?
