Le Viagra et le Cialis ne fonctionnent pas, quelqu'un a-t-il de l'expérience avec des pastilles ou crèmes urétrales ?

Following Prostate Cancer and several TURP ops, I am unable to get an erection now.
The strongest Viagra and Cialis does nothing for me.
Does anyone have experience of Urethral pellets or cream to achieve a hard erection.
Are they successful, or was this hit and miss.

Have you tried Trimix injections?

Nothing else tried yet, I have an appointment in November with my urologist, so hopefully something will be offered then.
