They said it might be psychological, but my eyes are getting worse every day. it worries me that it has been like this for 1.5 years without interruption, Are there those who experience these visual symptoms? Can those with anxiety disorder share visual problems

anxiety and stress can absolutely cause those visual problems! When I was in my 20s I had the same thing but I also had a lot of stress and anxiety that has been going on for a very long time. Even to this day occasionally I will get that symptom when I’m really anxious but then now I know how to calm myself down and it goes away. You have been checked out numerous times and your eyes are fine. You see , Stress and anxiety affect every part of your body although you may only get symptoms in some parts.
that’s why it’s important to live a healthy life which includes a good diet, staying hydrated, getting exercise, doing things that relax your mind and getting counseling when you can’t cope.
