i am 44 and have been suffering with dry eye syndrome for 5 years and done several surgeries already. I recebtly also developed severe dry mouth and nose. my vitamin A level is crucially low (21). and i wanted to ask a question for patients woth Shorgwns syndrome if you have alos have vitamin A deficiency?
