I'm a 16 year old girl. I 've had Vitamin and mineral defeciency problem ever since... well ever since I can remember. I've got a dark and pale (as in yellow-ish) skin (my family has rosy skin) and my height is 5 feet 0.5 inches... I also experience fatigue by mild exercise (which could be due to lack of regular exercise) and my joints keep making cracking noises. Plus I have terrible hairfall I've been taking multi vitamins (which seem to help a little) but not regularly... What do you suggest I should do? I am tired of all this and want to have a normal healthy body! I'm Asian btw
Have you had you vit D level checked? Also do you eat a balanced diet?
No but I did take supplements...
Haven't shown much effect
Vit D deficiency can have nasty side effects. Check iron and B12 too.
