Vitamins etc

Good evening,

Im trying to get my head round all the differnt supplements and viamins I should be taking , I have ordred Vit K-7 ( think thats what its called) but wondering should I be also taking Zinc/Magnesium?  Im awaiting a bone densitiy scan, could be a few months !

It's Vit K2-7 and don't forget the vitamin D and calcium and do check out the list of 20.

I watch my calcium levels via my blood tests. I am on vitamin D3. I also have vitamin K2. I also have magnesium and zinc. Not very thing has to be pills. Prunes, avocados and kiwi fruit are easy to make part of the diet.

I make chicken soup using bones and putting in lots of goodies like pearl barley and leafy greens and many other vegetables. Use a whole chicken or  parts that include the bones.

You can also make jellies using natural fruit and gelatin.
