Well still waiting for the JAK2 result, however has anyone experienced terrible dizziness, with blood pressure and head ache, it's more my heads heavy and when I move quickly or put my head down I could fall over I've felt terrible like this now for two days, unless it's anxiety of waiting. X
Hello julia. I would advise you to see your doctor asap about your symptoms. There is no reason to tolerate such symptoms they sound wore than just signs of anxiety.

I agree with the reply, seek medical help. I get the dizzys sometimes and get treated for vertigo.
I also tend to get zigzags floating visuals sometimes and been told its migran, but the headache I get with it is a heavy feeling on to of my head.
Back then when visiting the DR I was not dignosed with PV so don't know if its related.

You can live a pretty normal life with this, just have to keep up with blodtesting, venesection or tablets.

Mon médecin ici au Canada a dit que c'est lié à l'oxygène en raison du sang épais associé à la polyglobulie. Les globules rouges fournissent de l'oxygène et avec ce trouble sanguin, c'est l'un des symptômes. Depuis que j'ai été mis sous anticoagulants, je n'éprouve plus cela. Chaque personne est différente. J'avais beaucoup de démangeaisons dans mes pieds supérieurs et dans le dos. Plus maintenant. Vous devez en parler à votre hématologue. Tenez-nous au courant. Nous sommes là pour vous. Bonjour Julia, j'ai été diagnostiqué il y a environ un mois. Si vous avez une PV, vous commencerez à vous sentir un peu mieux avec le traitement. Bonne chance.
Thank you to everyone who was concerned, been to the doctors and my blood pressure is fine today strangely, which is a relief, think I'm getting a bit anxious. She did say that usually high blood pressure doesn't course dizziness only low blood pressure?? But it's okay today so pleased about that, can't say that though for my dizziness and head ache, hopefully that will be fine tomorrow. What symptoms did you have Suzanne? This dizziness is the worsed! Think my blood pressure is up and down due to anxiety. I hope your doing okay? Do u live in the UK? What tests did u have? Jxx
