Is anyone on this board switched from Cymbalta to Zoloft? I had started on Zoloft and was up to 100 mg but then my pain doc moved me to Cymbalta and now I am on that at 60 mg. It has not helped my pain and has caused many more issues. Some include bad sleep, constipation, belly bloat, more weight gain even though I don’t eat much, and feeling more emotional. My change between the two was very easy the first time. I’m wondering how bad the change will be going back. I did taper down to 50 mg of Zoloft and then started 30 on Cymbalta but I’m wondering if I can taper down to 30 of Cymbalta and then start 50 mg of Zoloft after a while. Any thoughts?

I think your doctor knows best. Do not try anything without professional advice. Self medication can land anyone in trouble long term.
