I hsve been getting a warm feeling in my back with my anxiety i sm on no medcine right now so these last two weks have been horrible i hsve been having tingling in my fingers n toes n the warmth in my bsck nevk n shoulder pain it sometime feelblike electicsl jolts in my whole body does anyone else ever get these feelings please reply asap cause i feel like im losing it!!!
Are you withdrawing from any medications? Your nerves are hypersensative when you have anxiety.
I get the warm sensation in my back I actually have it right now. I also get a warm sensation on the side of my knee it last a few seconds and goes away. I have also been dealing with shoulder and neck pain that goes down my arm and fingers for 5 months. The drs all say it's anxiety and muscle tension from stress.
