Was this caused by low pressure, or a panic attack?

I've had low blood pressure before, especially over the past few months. I have experienced bouts of dizziness on and off for eight years. Last week, my blood pressure was 77/50. Hours later, I experienced a sudden onset of the following symptoms: My stomach became upset and I felt extremely dizzy, weak and nauseous like I was about to vomit or pass out. I felt like I could hardly stand up. I got up after laying down for a few minutes. I noticed that my entire body was dripping with sweat. Minutes later, my hearing was fuzzy and not 100%. It was also somewhat difficult for me to breathe and I could hear my heart beating. I felt so weak that I couldn’t sit up and I had a pounding headache. Minutes later, the feelings subsided but they returned shortly after. This has happened to me before. Out of nowhere, I feel extraordinarily weak and dizzy, my head pounding and my body drenched in sweat. Sometimes, I will feel confused and forgetful as well. It’s also happened where my legs feel weak and wobbly. I’ve experienced chest pain and stomach cramps during these incidents as well.

this does not sound like panic attack to me. it reminds me of a vasovagal attack associated with a drop in blood pressure. I had a very similar attack once when I was in a very hot hot-tub and had consumed alcohol. when I stood up, I had the exact same symptoms. but it sounds like this did not happen upon standing? you may have some type of dysautonomia. find a cardiologist who treats dysautonomia, and get a work up, along with tilt table testing. I assume you’ve seen a Dr regarding this since it’s been happening for many years? I was also thinking low blood sugar, but the fuzzy hearing and nausea make me think bp drop is more likely.
