Does anybody else get a feeling that their head is spinning or feel sort of wavy when they lie down or are sat up? It seems to be fine when I'm up and about but when I'm lying down or sat down mainly staring at a screen I get this feeling? It only started about a week ago, if so does anybody know how to help it or make it go away or what this could be?
Yes I get this. Very strange!
That sounds like an inner ear problem - apparently you can get debris in the fluid in your inner ear that acts as your internal spirit level (😀).
I think you can slowly change head positions to get the debris to float out of the way. I've never had this, just know people who have.
Maybe google it if it sounds like a possibility? ☺
