Could weakness of the adductor muscles of the hip and tight abductor cause out-toeing and even knee or low back pain?
Yes and yes.plus if you need a knee replacement will cause IT band and calf muscle shortening and Mus le spasms.I am 8 weeks post op. On a tkr and my problems is not from knee but Muscles from toeing outdue to knee pain.I was told for 5 years I was too young .lol hope this helped
I Had all of the above. I went to my chiropractor and had them get my hip back into alignment. This happens as the surgeon puts u up on a block when they do the surgery. My surgeon also caused a bruise mark on the outside of my hip. I could not lay on that side of my leg. I had to get a shot in my hip from my ortho doc!
Quads, glutes, core and more are all atrophied. Gotta do a rebuild. See if any of this makes sense...

More than likely its sciatica. The nerve out of the lower back, around the hip, into the groin, down the thigh and into the lower leg and ankle. Try icing your back and taking anti inflammatories. If that doesn't help see a pain management dr. You may need an MRI of your back.
