Does anyone eat a lot of the weight watchers meals daily as there diet and just add veg etc too then too Ive been told a lot of them have low fat content under what were allowed so have a healthy brekkie then lunch a micro meal then in evening salads etc or two micro meals a day
But from what I thought micro meals aren't healthy but I'm not sure maybe they work on this as weight watchers and low fat and portion size
Anyone help please
Hi Gemma, I was wondering about this too. I don't think they're super-healthy as they're processed. But it would be a nice treat and they are often on offer in various supermarkets or freezer food stores. I wondered about having them with loads of veg occasionally (instead of a takeaway treat maybe?) x
i also eat them one aday as work funny shifts asda do there own range and they are nice fresh and frozen i have also been on salads and chicken and have lost 4lb in my first week of taking my tablets x good luck
I do not eat any processed meals, cook my own. When cooking do enough for two meals and freeze one. At least you know what goes in them. Used to make meals up to take to work and microwave.
I never eat frozen meals, I prefer to know what in my food whereas the frozen meals are processed. I would make your tea but do double then freeze one batch. Thats what i do!
