For the last few months, I've noticed a soft internal buzzing/fizzing/vibrating feeling when I'm lying still, as well as a constant buzzing in my head (I assume this is tinnitus) As I am beginning to fall asleep, this buzzing/vibrating/fizzing feeling pauses momentarily before starting up again. Vibrate : stop : start : vibrate : stop : start repeat. Has anyone experienced something similar or has any idea of the cause?
