Weird itchy sensitive discomfort constantly around penis glands on the left side for a year

Hello, currently I’m 21 years old and I’ve been experiencing this weird discomfort since January 2020. The feeling isn’t exactly pain but just a nonstop sensitive itchy discomfort that won’t go away whether I’m hard or flaccid and it interferes with my daily life. It also seems to get worse with masturbation but I have tried to not masturbate for 90 days with little difference. Also tried steroid cream which only made it worse and look dry and thin all the time. Tried anti fungal cream along with the steroid cream. All back in March of 2020. I masturbate like 1-2 times a day. It’s not an Sti as I have never had sex. Please look at the attached pictures to see how bad it is. Also feeling maybe go into my urethra tip and frenulum sometimes but it seems to be concentrated mostly on left side glands

recently went to a walk in clinic which saw it and said it was normal and suggested another antifungal cream which im taking but hopefully will get to see a urologist and dermatologist. Already saw a urologist which told me it was fine but havent seen a dermatologist yet

dude this shiny skin i suffer from it every time i wear my jeans for even a fukn 10 minutes the skin became shiny i googled it and it showed that its ls disease for now you can reduce the flare with some oil or cream it works for me but the skin still itchy

to be specific you have lichen sclerosus
and the treatment of this is using steroid cream but for my experience with this ■■■■ you can use any moisturiser cream or coconut oil i feel you this thing isn’t painful but make you discomfort using cream will bake the skin to heal but again you will enter the cycle of this issue using steroid will make your skin thin af so for now apply the cream on this area daily and try to cope with the skin
