Weird looking patch /rash on arm.

Recently a weird black patch appeared on my hand. it's not itchy.Before it's appearance the skin was itchy and a bit painful. i have atopy prone skin but never really been diagnosed with eczema.Its definitely not a ring worm

Possibly eczema but if it spreads or becomes itchy or bleeds then please see your doctor.
