Hello all, recently within the past week I have noticed myself feeling very odd. (Not my normal odd. Lol that’s everyday 😝
It started when I was at work I felt like I didn’t want to keep my head up like someone was pushing down on my neck. Since then I have noticed it pulling my body down to the ground. Brain fog and low concentration has followed. I can’t help to obsess over it because I just want to find a remedy. The obsessiveness has caused severe anxiety. I have a 40hr/wk job and live in the US. Any advice would be appreciated.
I have had an mri done and also seen a chiropractor TWICE.
