Had a yeast infection for along time now been washing with down at my penis area been noticing a smell kept washing and washing and notice red rashes yesterday there itchy and starting to flake. Nurse gave me fluconazole, hydrocortisone, Nystatin started Friday which yesterday with the treatment am also diabetic I take metformin for it, also suffering from psoriasis and eczema. Also my foreskin is super itchy. Just wanna know what this rash is?

Both psoriasis and eczema can cause itching; and if you’re diabetic then diabetes itself or secondary bacterial infection can make the symptoms worse.
If you’ve been sharing a bed with someone or recently had sex with a (new) partner then the development of intensely itchy red bumps on the scrotum could be scabies, an infestation caused by Sarcoptes scabiei. Are you itching elsewhere on your body? Scabies commonly affects the genital skin but also the finger and toe webs (check for burrows), behind the knees and elbows and between your buttocks (natal cleft).

Yes am sexual active and no its not mites cause it’s past 48 hrs if it did get bit i would of have spots all over my body. but I notice down at my private part I tried to get rid of smell by using body wash it didn’t work. plus I suffer from yeast almost all my life comes and goes. But am gonna go see the doctor tomorrow or Tuesday and update results.
