So i had unprotected sex with someone i met online a couple days ago(i know not the smartest move) but i noticed when i was showering these white spot under my foreskin and got really scared. i dont have alot of money to see a doctor and couldnt find anything online hopefully someone can help the spots dont irritate or itch but im still worried

im not sure exactly what you are referring to ?
i can see something that looks like left over soap or dry skin . maybe take better pics or circle are of concern
this area looks less white pn camera but i washed the area in the shower thinking it was smegma but it didnt come off image
Nothing is coming up my mind beside possible fungal or bacterial infection which is not hard to pick up with unprotected sex.
im trying to get checked by this weekend hopefully they say the same and it isnt too serious i just wanted another persons opinion thank you
Is it just me or there is similar sport on your glans as well? You could try with some antifungal cream for few days and see if it will clear, though it is always best to visit a doctor and get proper diagnose and treatment.
Considering it appeared just few days after sexual activity you can rule out most STDs as they take longer to manifest and this does not look anywhere like herpes to me.
it looks like skin peeling to me .
i would recommend just using water for cleaning and well dry .
soaps and body washes can do harm if you use any .
is there any pain ? or itching ?
it hasnt itched or hurt since ive noticed it yesterday
theres 2 small bumps on the head that look similar to the white bump on the bottom and ill try the cream for a couple days and if nothing happens ill visit a doctor
What you likely have here are two seperate things: there are the potential issues of a simple yeast / bacterial infection and potential STD / STI’s, so get these chercked out and the right treatment put in place.
But, you may also have a dry skin issue - most often this is linked to years of washing the penis with soap and shower gel and suchlike, then when sexual active or masturbating, most men apply a lube of some kind and / or at least may regularly have used condoms during sex - and the problem is this can have serious accumulative effect on the skin of the head and foreskin of the penis, and can create a wide-range of symptoms and irritation.
So, get checked out - then after 3 or 4 weeks and you still have concerns about dry skin start a new forum post on here for further advice …
