Ive just ordered a tub of this online and was wondering if anyone on here had tried it and if so how they went on with it. There seems to be mixed reviews online. Some people have had good results while others no change.
Hi, yes I've just started it. Initially it made me feel VERY sick but the advice is that sometimes that happens. I reduced the amount to just a tiny dot and over the last 4 days I have improved and no longer have nausea.
No particular improvement in my general feelings but it is of course early days.
what symptoms are you having that you hope it help with?
Hi, mainly flushes, fatigue and low mood. Oh and of course weight gain!
