hi all I'm going to try to explain best I can.
on the left side of my head sort of temple area I get the weirdest feelings like an achy feeling which sometimes feels tingly and almost heavy like it's driving me mad. I keep thinking it's making my eye blurry but I'm not convinced it is I think I'm just worrying about it - would like to know if it's a sympton of anxiety though so I can put mind at rest as I have health anxiety and don't need to start spiralling about Brain tumours.
also heartburn I have been getting it nearly everyday but my appetite is off can you still get heart burn if not eating much.

Hi Kerry I get it all the time I actually went for a Mri and all came back normal the more you worry the worse it gets I also have heartburn but I smoke and my appetite was bad aswell I got omeprezol or something like that and it went but the head thing almost feels like a mini stroke or something crawling in your head I just learned to stop thinking about it and it goes the more you notice it the worse it will get I hope you feel better soon I'm sure you will be ok
ahh thakyoy everything you just said is spot on for me too. the tablets you me mentioned my Dr prescribed me them on the phone today I have to collect tomorrow. I am a smoker and bad appetite too and the way you mention the feelings are the same thankyou at least I can be a bit more reassured now xx
I get all kidns of weird head sensations including that! it is so irritating, it's not even achy it's just weird. I really get you. Pressure, sometimes dull ache , numbness, sometimes burning sensation. I totally get it. It's your nerves.
Of course you can get heartburn even if not eating a lot. Like when you wake up and have this weird feeling in your stomach. It's because all that acid has built up during the night.
