Now a days Diabetes is the major problem which people are effecting with, Can anyone let me know What are the best foods to control Diabetes?
Suggest you google “Glycemic Index of Foods”. Foods that have a low glycemic index impact your blood glucose less than high glycemic index foods. I would suggest you eat a diet that is balanced in fat, protein, and carbohydrates, but within the carbohydrates group, select foods that have a lower glycemic index.

I can recommend you to drink Diaform. For the prevention and stabilization of sugar levels. But it is very important to monitor your diet! In combination with nutrition and vitamin support, you can cope with the problem and prevent complications.
Non-starchy vegetables are low in calories, high in dietary fiber, and rich in essential vitamins and minerals. They have minimal impact on blood glucose levels and can therefore be consumed in substantial quantities. Recommended options include green leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, romaine lettuce, broccoli, and celery. Other suitable choices are cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, green peppers, bitter melon, and onions (which contain prostaglandin A, a compound known to support improved blood circulation).
There is no best food. You use insulin to counter the carbohydrates you eat, in order to get into the goal sugar level of 80-120. If you don’t want to have spiked blood sugars from eating, eat carbohydrates with either fat or protein. The carbohydrates absorb slower when you eat food with fat/protein - thus, lowering the apex blood sugar after you eat. I’ve never really given a **** about spikes and I’ve had this about 40 years. Main goal is to land in the 80-120 blood sugar spot. Of course it’s ideal to be there longer; however, with Type-1 you should be happy to land there.
It is said that diabetes doesn’t damage you unless your blood sugar exceeds 140 (for long periods of time), I don’t believe it. I kind of do though. Throughout history we have eaten carbohydrates and of course blood sugars of normal people (without Diabetes) will raise to about 180-190 if they eat a lot of carbohydrates at once. If prehistoric people before the time of Diabetes eat fruits and other carbohydrate-filled foods, we should be used to having blood sugars around 140-150. The problem with Diabetes is the blood sugar exceeding 140 for long periods of time. Say you do your insulin at 10 a.m. in the morning and eat, you miss your mark on the insulin and land in the 180 range eight hours later (before eating dinner?), means you were above 140 for eight hours straight. I don’t use all the new technology constantly monitoring my blood sugar, it would drive me nuts. I know a lot of people do though, so I can see why they are better off knowing if they need insulin before the insulin ends, etc. I have had it so long it’s easy for me to anticipate my numbers. I will say that lately it’s been slightly more difficult, as I’ve accumulated lifestyle changes in comparison to my living years 15+ prior. My A1C is always 5.1-5.3.
There’s no such thing as “best foods” to control Diabetes. Diabetes is when your pancreas does not produce insulin and/or produces insufficient amounts (type-1 being the former). You eat foods that lack fat/protein your blood sugar will rise quicker - as the carbohydrates are absorbed quicker into the bloodstream. If you eat foods with fat/protein (which contain carbohydrates as well) - then your blood sugar rises slower. Even people without Diabetes can get their blood sugar to sky rocket into the 180/190 range; but, their body will automatically bring it back down to the low 100’s/high 90’s. Diabetics have to guess/anticipate via manually injecting themselves with insulin in order to produce the same affect. Not to mention Diabetic victims can sky rocket their blood sugar far higher than 180/190 (before it levels out to the safe range of 80-120). There’s no good or bad foods to control Diabetes. The reason why people get type-2 Diabetes is because they over stress their pancreas in comparison to their activity. Type-2, you did it to your self; type-1, you were infected with the “x factor” in which makes you prone to auto immune diseases.
