These are collections of sebaceous glands, commonly referred to as Fordyce spots. Perfectly harmless.

Yes, there aren’t any areas in the photo that are remotely abnormal.

By stretching the skin you have simply exaggerated their appearance. If you release the tension between your fingers and take another photo, they will look much less apparent. This demonstrates they are intradermal structures and an integral part of your skin.
