Hi - I was wondering if someone can help me on what all these raised bumps with bright red tips are all over my tongue. They have been there for a few weeks/month. Can’t remember exactly when they started but one day noticed them. They aren’t going away, and they are kind of painful and I feel like my tongue is more sensitive to heat. Are these lie bumps or possibly something else? On a side note I have neuropathy and i’m not sure if that is a contributing factor. Thank you in advance. This is stressing me out a lot.
