PLZ HELP! i dont know if these are genital herpes bumps or something else! someone please help im too scared to shave and see if itll get worse!

if theres any pain from them or your in pain when urine gets near it or if ur having unusual discharge then i would get it checked out
if not then it may just be an ingrown hair

sometimes it gets itchy every now and then but theres no pain when i pee nor do i have unusual discharge but also, i heard you dont have to have those symptoms. i can still have it and show no symptoms ):
