What are these bumps

last november I got tested for herpes (swabbed a pimple) and it came back negative i recently shaved, I used an old razor an wore super tight clothes (ik stupid) and I just noticed i have theses bumps and 1 little sore idk what to think. they dont really hurt unless I rub them with my finger and when i wear tight clothes it feels pinch.

they look like pimples, do you suffer from sweating? do you wear tight pants?

yes i do i also have bigger thighs that causes me to sweat
