what are these fleshy things? (pictured)

the spots numbered 1 are outside around and below my urethra And number 2 is inside my vagina, but i feel like its an extension of number 1. it is fleshy and somewhat stiff but it does not hurt when pressure is applied. should i be concerned?

have you had an sti test to rule that out first?
