ive had these spots since a child and i have been told they were pearly penile papules a long time ago and would like a second opinion because they arent in the general location that ppp are found
You are right to think they may not be PPP - but they will be a natural part of your penis, they could be either Fordyce Spots - again they do not have the typical appearance of such, or there are several types of Glands that they could be.
So yes, like PPP they are a natural part of your penis - but most likely not actually PPP …
