can someone please tell me what these spots on my penis head are? they do not hurt or itch or cause discomfort.
I have gad sex once in my life and that was with protection (both vaginal and oral). I do not think these spots are symptoms of a std or sti because those would cause discomfort.
maybe fordice spots? note: my penis is circumcised.

I suggest you to go to the dermatologist as soon as you can. In your situation you have to be checked by a specialist and the specialist in this situation is the dermatologist for sure.
You have, anyway to go checked for every sexual disease, just to be sure, but in your situation, in my profane opinion, could be Herpes (and you have to check for this) or a lichen nitidus, that it’s an harmless skin condition that could be treated with no particular problems with a steroid cream (but must be the dermatologist to refer to the right cream, cause often steroid creams could be very dangerous, as happened in my situation.

With herpes you just feel weak
the sores of genital herpes would hurt/itch and eventually burst. they would also go away with time. I had sex 12 weeks ago. I do not think if I had Herpes the sores would stay that long.
I suggest you to go visit a dermatologist, cause should be the expert of this kind of situations on genitals. I was thinking it could be even a normal Fordyce Spot that simply grown, but if you have sore, it could be a kind of lichen nitidus. If after the visit there are still doubts, you should go for a biopsy on the spots to understand their nature. The advise that I feel to give you is to not wait more and go as fast as you can to visit a doctor.
