Hey, For some time now my inner labia has been feeling quite bumpy, so today I decided to take a picture. Then I noticed this:

I've had warts before, but treated them. I don't known if I have a yeast infection. However, my discharge could point to one. I have no itching, just a dry vulva. Please help me!
