I have these lesions on my genital are one also below the head of my penis. A couple starting between my buttcheeks.
Doctors dont seem to think it's herpies based on the look (ive never had it before) and theyre not burning, sometimes they itch a bit, my lymph nodes in pelvis are very swollen. My partner has no symptoms. Did test for clymidia and syphilis. Said they couldn't test for herpies because the cuts have no puss. I'm currently putting polysporn on them and taking herpies meds but no change after 2 days. 2 more have shown up.
Doctors im seeing havent seen anything like this before.

Me sorprende que la clínica se negara a hacer un hisopado de tus llagas. ¡Qué oportunidad desperdiciada! Quiero decir, las llagas están abiertas y parecen húmedas por dentro. Buscaría una clínica diferente y les pediría que hagan un hisopado y lo analicen para herpes lo antes posible. Es la única manera de saberlo con seguridad. Si llevan allí unos días ya, busca una clínica que pueda hacer un hisopado de PCR. Es más preciso para lesiones más antiguas. Las llagas parecen sospechosas, pero otras cosas pueden producir lo mismo.
Tengo el mismo síntoma. El médico no da ninguna esperanza, solo dice que sigas tomando valaciclovir o aciclovir. Necesitas un tratamiento especial de alguien con experiencia en tratar el herpes en sí.
I did get my pee test back and I tested positive for clymidia. It is possible to get lesions from clymidia but I'm not sure, maybe I have multiple STIs
Chlamydia, hasta donde yo sé, no debería causar lesiones.
