It means your liver is working extra hard. At a guess, you drink a fair bit of alcohol and/or had a binge shortly before your blood test.

They'll come back down to normal, if you calm the alcohol intake.

That's pretty high but cut the drinking. At least for 3 months to give it time for those numbers to go back to normal. My alt was 52 but after 3 months without drinking it went down to 22
