is it meant to be itchy or sore? rash started off small and like an orange skin peel feeling and then got bigger. was just under my breast/pec. started getting flaky. went to doctor and was prescribed hydrocortisone cream and cleared after a week. should i be worried. rash appeared about 6 weeks after possible std exposure. never had any flu like symptoms at the time

Do not worry that much, I do not think that is HIV related rash.
Usually the skin rash will appear after high temperature occurred, and not everyone will show symptoms.
