What happens if I get sick after taking my Lansoprazole?

Hi all,

I have been told to take 40mg of Omeprazole twice daily.

Tonight I felt really sick (unrelated to the Omeprazole).  I went to bed and I accidentally took two of the Lansoprazole capsules (60mg) (that I had been prescribed before going on to Omeprazole) instead of 40mg of Omeprazole.  I felt quite worried to have overdosed.  About 15/20 mins later I got sick, I had felt that coming on before overdosing, I’m now wondering if the lameprozole would have left my system without affecting me?

Don't worry you will be ok if your feeling ok in yourself now just keep the medication separate from one another so it doesn't happen again
