i have a history of endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, PCOS, and urinary incontinence and retention. i now have anal fissures and a possible hemorrhoid. i was examining myself vaginally a few days ago when i noticed this large ball like thing blocking my vaginal canal entrance. it looked like a bunch of excess tissue just congesting the area. so i opened my vaginal opening and there is a huge ball of tissue sitting at the entry way. 2 days later and im now bleeding down there. it isnt my period, because i had one earlier this month and the blood doesnt show up on the pad, only when i examine myself, is when a pool of blood begins to form. not gushing like my normal menstration, just dark red blood bleeding around the ball. i am now dealing with pain from my rectal area, and now this. I am not sure what this is but could someone help, thank you!
