not really sure what is it balls have been dry and scaly
and i only have these red bumps near my inner thighs they dont really itch.
Hi, it’s really hard to see on your picture. It’s possible to be folliculitis (inflamed hair follicules). I can be caused by bacteria or yeast. If your testicles are also dry and scaly, it’s possible you have fungus. Make sure to clean yourself with gentle unperfumed soap. You can apply jock itch ointment or coconut oil to get rid of the fungus. Ask your pharmacist for advice. Don’t hesitate to see a doctor as my advice or only hypothetical.
