what is this bump??

i noticed this bump a while ago and it is the only one on my vagina like that. i often do get vaginal pimples but i will soak those and they will go away. this has been consistent and idk what it is. hurts sometimes when underwear irritates it and this picture looks like theres a hair in it maybe??

normally clears up by iteself i wouldnt recommend popping it as could let more bacteria in just wait for it to go on its own
