Tengo esta herida o llaga abierta en el prepucio de mi pene desde hace unos años y no ha cicatrizado. Adjunté algunas fotos de ella, es como una herida circular abierta. ¿Hay algo que pueda hacer para que sane? He probado usar Polysporin y vaselina cubriéndola con un vendaje por unos días, pero no pasa nada.
Me preocupa que si me vuelvo sexualmente activo, podría infectarse por lo que sea esto.
From the pics you've posted, it doesn't look like an unhealed wound to me, and I don't see how it could get infected. Can you remember it ever not being there? If not, it may have been formed before you were born as part of the perineal raphe - the line that goes all the way from the frenulum down the penis, down the scrotum and beyond.
Unless it seems to change colour or texture, then I personally wouldn't bother getting it looked at unless you happen to seeing a doctor for another reason. I certainly wouldn't try to talk you out of making an appointment just to get it checked out though.
I'd actually be more worried about what looks like dry flaky skin around the base of the shaft in the first pic. Maybe some emollient cream or a different soap might help.
