They are linear bumps I have had them for three weeks. No symptoms at all and they have not changed at all except I think they may be slowly going away. But they havent changed in appearance. I have hsv 1 orally and scared I may have spread it to myself even though I have not had a cold sore in a while. I used a very small amount of some bar soap down there, I usually only use water. But the day I felt a little irritated (before i noticed the bumps) was after I used some wipes down there, they had alcohol in them and I used them because there was no toilet paper at my sisters house. Then I was just barely irritated for about a day then all felt normal. I believe this is vestibular papillomatosis caused by irritation. There has never been any pain with them.
